Overview:
Risk-taking and a willingness to fail are key ingredients for entrepreneurial pursuits.  In fact, some of Silicon Valley’s most successful entrepreneurs wear their failures like badges of honor.  During this lively, entertaining session, Ann Grimes, head of Stanford's Graduate Program in Journalism and a former staff writer and editor of The Wall Street Journal (bio) will interview Guy Kawasaki of Garage Technology Ventures (bio). Guy will share his provocative views, some of his favorite failure stories, and how risk taking can lead to spectacular hits.

There is no advance registration for this event. It is free and open to all students across campus, as well as the general public.
